Go for the BBQ, but stay for the Dessert

So rarely do I get to rant and rave about the desserts at a restaurant as it is the appetizers and main course that they have spent so much time perfecting.   But Chef Tim Byres at Smoke in Dallas has already received his fame and recognition for delicious BBQ, and recognized with a James Beard award for his cookbook, so how cool to get to mention that the desserts are just as exciting.
