Gordon Ramsay’s Scrambled Eggs

A friend told me about this great recipe from Gordon Ramsay for his Scrambled Eggs, but to be honest, I think I make quite good scrambled eggs and how much better could they really get?  So, put to the test, I tried the recipe, but with just one  modification as noted below:

– Break eggs into a pan and add the cubed butter.
– Stir over a medium heat until the eggs clump and then add the creme fraiche (I did not add the creme fraiche)
– Remove from heat when eggs are clumpy, but soft.
– Season with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with a sprinkling of chopped chives.

(thanks to food.com for posting the recipe at http://www.food.com/recipe/gordon-ramsays-scrambled-eggs-186294) and to the YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUP7U5vTMM0

Results?  They were delicious.  They were better than mine.  Not sure I will ever add the  creme fraiche though.
