Etch – Nashville, TN

My visit to Etch just happened to coincide with the CMA awards, and the winner, in my opinion, was the Roasted Cauliflower (with truffled pea pesto, salted almonds and feta cream) and Venison (with sweet potato guava, ginger grits and pear butter).
